I tackle the adventure roleplaying game The Troubleshooters from Helmgast AB and Modiphius Entertainment. In the game, players take on the roles of friends embarking on tales of international action and intrigue in a fictional late 1960s-early 1970s.

Summary

The Troubleshooters is a fantastically presented lightweight adventure as the production quality is some of the highest I've ever seen for a roleplaying game. The mechanics are similar to BRP so they'll be easy to pick up and run with. I found the setting to be quite interesting although I'm not too familiar with the comic books which inspire the game. As long as the GM and players have a feel for the genre, they'll be just fine. Honestly, I don't know what kind of continuing support the game will receive though. Regardless, if you have any interest in the sort of stories The Troubleshooters looks to tell, this is a must add to your collection.
